Privacy policy
Last updated:
This policy explains what information is processed when you visit germanto.dev (the “site”), Germán Medina’s personal site about his video games and projects.
Summary
- The site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising.
- There are no forms or accounts: you are never asked for your name, email or any other personal data.
- The only thing stored in your browser is the language you choose, and it never leaves your device.
Data stored in your browser
When you pick a language with the EN/ES switcher, the site saves that preference in your browser’s local storage
(localStorage, key lang) so it can show you the same language next time. This value is never sent to any
server, and you can delete it at any time by clearing the site’s data in your browser.
Hosting
Like any website, the site is served by a hosting provider that may log technical data about each visit (for example, the IP address, browser and date) to run the service and protect it from abuse. The provider processes that data under its own privacy policy.
Third-party content
The site’s fonts, images and scripts are served from its own domain. Some game pages may embed content from other services, such as a playable game or a video trailer; when it loads, your browser connects to that service, which applies its own privacy policy.
External links
The site links to stores and platforms such as itch.io, the App Store or Google Play, and to donation platforms. If you buy, download or donate through them, any data you give them is handled by those platforms under their own terms.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published here with its update date.
